Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Aluminum Foreman to supervise and coordinate on-site activities related to aluminum fabrication and installation. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in aluminum and façade systems, proven leadership capabilities, and the ability to ensure timely, high-quality, and safe execution of all site works.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage a team of aluminum fabricators and installers at the project site.
• Ensure all fabrication and installation works are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Plan daily tasks, allocate manpower, and monitor progress to meet project timelines.
• Inspect materials and oversee proper handling, fitting, alignment, and installation of aluminum profiles, glazing, cladding, doors, windows, and curtain wall systems.
• Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, QA/QC teams, and other stakeholders to resolve technical issues promptly.
• Enforce safety procedures and ensure compliance with site regulations and company policies.
• Prepare daily progress reports and submit updates to the site engineer or project manager.
• Provide training, guidance, and technical support to site workers to maintain high workmanship and productivity.

Requirements

• Diploma or Technical Certificate in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• 5–10 years of experience in aluminum and façade installation, with at least 2–3 years in a foreman or supervisory role.
• Strong technical knowledge of aluminum systems including doors, windows, curtain walls, structural glazing, and cladding.
• Ability to read and interpret shop drawings and technical diagrams.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage teams effectively and ensure high site productivity.
• UAE experience is preferred.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
