About the role:
This role ensures revenue assurance and governance across the B2B value chain by identifying leakages, strengthening controls, and driving operational efficiency. It involves cross-functional collaboration, root-cause analysis, and reporting to enhance compliance and customer value.
Your Impactful Goals will include:

Conduct regular Business Assurance reviews to identify revenue leakages, operational inefficiencies, and control gaps across the B2B products value chain

Partner with business management teams to strengthen governance, internal controls, and process integrity through data-driven validations.

Perform root-cause analysis on identified anomalies, revenue leakages, or cost inefficiencies.

Support the implementation and monitoring of controls under the Governance framework and Business Assurance dashboard.

Collaborate with Finance, Technology, Product and Channel teams to align corrective actions and ensure timely closure of identified risks.

Prepare monthly assurance reports, highlighting process deviations, control effectiveness, and compliance maturity.

Assist in the closure of audit observations and monitor the corrective action progress through Rectification Framework.

Promote a governance culture that emphasizes accountability, transparency and value creation for business customers.

Contribute to the design and enhancement of preventive controls to mitigate recurring discrepancies.

Develop fair understanding of Commercial, IT, VAS and Technical platforms/nodes for effective delivery of the tasks.
Your Typical day at work:
-
Execute assurance controls and validation checks across billing, collections, provisioning, and service lifecycle processes.

Perform reconciliations using CBS, CRM, Fusion, and other B2B systems to verify data accuracy and identify anomalies.

Conduct root cause analysis and document findings with clear action plans and timelines.

Support preparation of management reports and dashboards for monthly governance and control forums.

Follow up on implementation of corrective actions and ensure closure within agreed timelines.

Engage cross-functional stakeholders to resolve control exceptions and streamline process gaps.

Prepare analytical dashboards highlighting trends, anomalies, and key risk indicators.

Maintain control logs, action trackers, and monthly assurance reports.

Assist in ad-hoc assignments, financial impact analysis, and management reviews as part of the Business Assurance portfolio.

Participate in team learning sessions and knowledge-sharing platforms to enhance assurance capability.
What we are looking for?
Education: Must have a minimum of Bachelor's degree. MBA would be preferred.
Work experience:

2-4 years of relevant experience in Business Assurance, Audit, Risk, Revenue Assurance, or Process Governance.

Telecom or B2B operations experience will be an advantage.
