AM Prep Cook/Line Cook

About us

We have been around for over 10 years as a small business and have recently done a massive expansion. We are excited to build a bigger family and are looking for the right chefs. We are a catering operation first and foremost(On and Offsite). We also have a small cafe that services lunch to the building and now some dinners as well. Breakfast soon to come. We are also bringing back a meal prep program to offer to the building as well as our client list.

Job Requirements

- Good attitude, good communication skills, and team player

- Assist with all basic day to day operations

- Formal Culinary Education is not required (But you are required to be an industry professional)

- Classical and basic cooking techniques/knowledge required (You must have actual kitchen experience). Able to follow recipes and work clean.

- Good Hygiene, Non-skid kitchen shoes, & personal knives required

- SMOKING OF ANY KIND IS NOT ALLOWED ON PREMISES.

- Able to maintain good work flow, organization, a CLEANLY station, and to stay on task.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 – 32 per week
