AM - Sourcing (Industrial Products)

Role Objective

We are looking for a true techno-commercial individual who is excited to take up new challenges. He would be expected to run end to end procurement process for large industrial manufacturing entities in India. The role would include technical understanding of machine spares (mechanical, electrical, instrumentation and fabrication items), Supplier discovery and development, techno commercial negotiations and business value creation.

Role Responsibilities

l Support sourcing activities by collecting supplier quotations and preparing price comparisons.

l Manage PR–PO process in SAP and Ariba, ensuring timely PO creation and follow-ups.

l Track pending PRs and liaise with internal teams for approvals.

l Coordinate with suppliers for order confirmations, delivery schedules, and documentation.

l Assist in negotiations and track year-on-year savings under manager’s guidance.

l Prepare procurement MIS and assist in reporting of KPIs.

l Support the value engineering team with data analysis and supplier benchmarking.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
