Job Title: Associate Manager – HR (Talent Management)

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Associate Manager – HR (Talent Management) to support Talent Management & Succession Planning initiatives across the group. The role involves partnering with senior HR leaders, business stakeholders, and COEs to drive assessments, talent reviews, succession planning, and development planning.
Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Identification & Role Mapping
- Coordinate with senior leaders to identify key positions and critical roles.
- Prepare talent dossiers for high-potential employees.
- Support in determining successor needs and readiness.
2. Potential Assessment
- Facilitate Potential Traits assessment with Managers & HODs.
- Document and analyse assessment results to identify skill gaps, retention risks, and talent readiness.
3. Talent Review (9-Box Matrix)
- Support COE Head in finalizing Talent Review guidelines.
- Assist in plotting employees on the 9-box matrix and facilitating review discussions.
- Prepare talent MIS, dashboards, and program status reports.
4. Succession Planning
- Assist in creating short-term and long-term succession plans.
- Periodically review progress and update succession pipelines.
- Track and report build vs. buy ratios.
5. Development Planning & L&D Integration
- Facilitate PPA, 360° Feedback and other assessments.
- Help build Individual Development Plans (IDPs) in collaboration with L&D teams.
- Track implementation and capability development progress.
6. COE Support & HR Partnership
- Support Talent Management & Succession Planning for leadership roles (M1, M2, LA/PA, HOD).
- Work with Business HR teams to roll out TM & SP initiatives across businesses.

Education
- Post Graduate in HR / P&IR / MBA–HR (Mandatory)
Experience
- Hands-on exposure to Talent Management, Assessments, Succession Planning, and IDP creation is required.
