Shift Time: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)

Xpo9tial is a fast-growing Amazon marketing agency supporting global brands with complete account management and growth solutions. We are looking for an Amazon Account Executive (Private Label) who can manage day-to-day operations, optimize listings, coordinate campaigns, and contribute to brand growth on Amazon.

What You’ll Do

• Manage daily operations of Amazon Private Label accounts.
• Conduct product and competitor research using Helium10, Data Dive, Jungle Scout, or similar tools.
• Create, update, and optimize product listings (SEO, keywords, A+ content, backend terms).
• Monitor account health, performance metrics, and resolve Seller Central issues.
• Assist in planning product launches, promotions, and ranking strategies.
• Coordinate with PPC and creative teams to ensure consistent brand performance.
• Handle case file submissions, FBA shipment creation, and inventory coordination.
• Track KPIs such as sessions, conversions, ACOS, TACOS, and sales trends.
• Prepare weekly performance reports for internal teams and clients.

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of experience managing Amazon Private Label accounts (mandatory).
• Strong understanding of Seller Central functions (FBA, listing creation, case logs, inventory, variations).
• Hands-on experience with Helium10, Data Dive, Jungle Scout, etc.
• Solid knowledge of PL workflow — sourcing, shipment creation, listing optimization, launch strategies.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, task-oriented environment.
