Job Title: UK Amazon Account Manager

Location: Karachi (Onsite – Bahadurabad Office)
Timings: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM PKT
Employment Type: Full-Time

About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated UK Amazon Account Manager to manage and grow multiple product categories for our Amazon UK marketplace operations. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central, strong analytical abilities, and a deep understanding of marketplace dynamics.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end operations for Amazon UK Seller Central accounts.
• Conduct product research, competitor analysis, and opportunity identification across various categories.
• Create, optimize, and manage product listings including titles, bullet points, descriptions, keywords, and backend search terms.
• Monitor and maintain account health, performance metrics, and compliance with Amazon UK policies.
• Manage PPC campaigns, optimize ads, and ensure profitable ACoS/ROAS.
• Track sales performance, forecasting, inventory levels, returns, and customer feedback.
• Coordinate with design, logistics, and operations teams for product launches and order fulfillment.
• Resolve issues related to suppression, stranded inventory, policy warnings, and listing reinstatements.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience managing Amazon UK marketplace.
• Strong understanding of Seller Central, FBA/FBM, listing optimization, and PPC management.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work onsite from our Karachi office (Bahadurabad).
• Must be able to work in UK-aligned shift (12–9 PM PKT).

Preferred Skills

• Experience in handling multiple categories simultaneously.
• Knowledge of Helium 10, Jungle Scout, and other Amazon tools.
• Experience with new product development and launches.
