About the Role

Xpo9tial LLP is a fast-growing Amazon marketing agency working with international Private Label brands. We are seeking an Amazon Account Specialist to handle day-to-day account management, optimize listings, oversee operations, and support brand growth on Amazon.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of Amazon Private Label accounts.
• Perform product & competitor research using Helium10, Jungle Scout, Data Dive, etc.
• Create, update, and optimize product listings (SEO, keywords, A+ content, backend terms).
• Monitor account health, performance metrics, and resolve Seller Central issues.
• Assist in product launches, promotional planning, and ranking strategies.
• Coordinate with PPC, design, and content teams to ensure brand consistency.
• Handle FBA shipment creation, case filings, and inventory coordination.
• Track KPIs including ACOS, TACOS, sessions, conversions, and sales trends.
• Prepare weekly performance and progress reports.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience managing Amazon Private Label accounts (mandatory).
• Strong understanding of Seller Central (FBA, listings, variations, case logs, inventory).
• Proficiency with Helium10, Data Dive, Jungle Scout, Keepa, or similar tools.
• Knowledge of PL workflow including sourcing, listing optimization, and launch processes.
• Excellent communication skills with strong analytical abilities.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.
