We are looking for a skilled Amazon Wholesale Assistant who has experience managing supplier relationships, handling brand approvals, and supporting wholesale operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain supplier relationships to ensure smooth and long-term partnerships.
• Work on brand approvals, documentation, and onboarding of new brands.
• Handle negotiations with suppliers for better pricing and terms.
• Communicate with suppliers through calls and emails to resolve queries and ensure timely responses.
• Support the wholesale team in day-to-day tasks related to purchasing, inventory, and account operations.
• Maintain records and updates in Google Sheets or other reporting tools.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth operational flow.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in Amazon wholesale or supplier management.
• Strong understanding of brand approvals and supplier communication processes.
• Excellent spoken and written English with clear and confident communication skills.
• Strong negotiation and relationship management abilities.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets and documentation handling.
• Attention to detail, good organizational skills, and a proactive attitude.
