We are seeking a passionate and results-oriented Brand Director to join our dynamic team. This role will be pivotal in developing and executing brand strategies for our portfolio of health-related brands on the Amazon platform. You will be responsible for driving brand growth, enhancing brand visibility, optimizing product listings, and ensuring a consistent and compelling brand experience for our customers. This role requires a strong understanding of the Amazon ecosystem, e-commerce best practices, and a genuine interest in the health and wellness space.

What you’ll be doing:
- Develop and implement brand strategies for assigned health-related brands on Amazon.
- Manage and optimize product listings, including titles, bullet points, descriptions, and A+ Content/Enhanced Brand Content, to improve search visibility and conversion rates.
- Plan, execute, and analyze Amazon advertising campaigns (Sponsored Products, Brands, Display) to achieve sales and profitability targets.
- Develop and implement promotional strategies and merchandising tactics to maximize sales and market share.
- Contribute to the development of brand narratives and visual assets to enhance brand identity.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze data, and generate reports on brand performance, identifying areas for improvement.
- Conduct competitive analysis to identify market trends and inform brand strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including supply chain, marketing, and customer service, to ensure brand consistency and operational efficiency.
- Manage brand-specific budgets effectively.
- Ensure compliance with Amazon policies and regulations related to health and wellness products.
What you’ll bring into the table:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in brand management, e-commerce marketing, or a related role, with a focus on the Amazon platform.
- Understanding of Amazon Seller Central/Vendor Central functionalities
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data for decision-making
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Interest in the health and wellness industry
- Familiarity with e-commerce aggregator models is a plus
