Organic Textiles is seeking an individual for an energetic Amazon/other online sales and support service representative which includes administrative duties, online order processing, FBA/inventory management, and social media promotions that would help grow our established brand further and work 40 hours/week. Responsibilities include:
- Work in a team environment to support and service our online business
- Develop and implement effective e-commerce strategies to increase online sales and improve customer engagement.
- Oversee email marketing campaigns, including design, content creation, and performance analysis.
- Analyze website performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
- Amazon FBA/Inventory management experience very helpful.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
- Process orders, ideate, plan, and assist with advertising/marketing campaigns.
Skills Required:
- Proven experience in e-commerce platform management or a related field.
- Strong copywriting skills with the ability to create engaging content that drives conversions.
- Experience with email marketing platforms and strategies for effective customer outreach.
- Excellent analytical skills to assess data trends and make informed decisions.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
