The Amazon Product Researcher identifies profitable product opportunities and emerging market trends to support private-label brand development. The role relies heavily on data analysis, competitor research, and category insights to drive successful product launches.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive product and market research using tools such as Helium 10, Jungle Scout, and Keepa.
  • Analyze metrics including BSR, search volume, pricing trends, profit margins, and customer reviews.
  • Identify high-demand, low-competition products suitable for launching under private-label brands.
  • Prepare detailed reports with product recommendations, financial viability, and competitive landscapes.
  • Evaluate supplier quotes, sourcing opportunities, and estimated landed costs.
  • Collaborate with sourcing, marketing, supply chain, and operations teams to support launch execution.
  • Track marketplace trends and identify new niches for expansion.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or relevant field.
  • Experience in Amazon FBA product research or e-commerce product analysis.
  • Strong proficiency with product research tools (Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Keepa).
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Good communication and reporting skills.
  • Knowledge of MS Excel and other marketplace analytics tools.
