Amazon Specialist | Product Research, Sourcing, Launch & Growth

Location: First Floor, Office # 01, Sardar Arcade – 02, Markaz G-11, Islamabad
Type: Full-Time, Onsite
Hours: 7:00 PM - 4:00 AM or 8:00 PM - 5:00 AM (EST Hours, adjusted for Canadian daylight saving)
Compensation: 120k - 150k (DOE) with higher offers for exceptional talent

Your Role:Drive Success, Grow Online

As an Amazon Specialist, you’ll be the spark behind our client’s growth in the North American e-commerce market. You’ll create, optimize, and scale Amazon stores, turning ideas into thriving products. This is your chance to shine, blend creativity with analytics, and build a standout career. Here’s what you’ll do:

1. Product Research, Sourcing & Selection

• Conduct in-depth product hunting and market analysis to identify high-demand, low-competition opportunities.
• Use industry-leading tools (e.g., Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Keepa) to generate data-driven product recommendations.
• Analyze competitors’ pricing, positioning, and performance to recommend profitable niches.
• Identify and negotiate with local and international suppliers, evaluating cost, quality, and reliability to secure the best sourcing deals

2. Product Listing Creation & Optimization

• Create compelling and keyword-rich product titles, bullet points, and descriptions (SEO-optimized).
• Coordinate with design teams to produce high-quality product images and infographics.
• Optimize backend keywords and metadata for maximum visibility.

3. Marketing & Promotions

• Plan and execute promotional campaigns, deals, coupons, and giveaways to boost sales.
• Manage and optimize Amazon PPC (Pay-Per-Click) campaigns to achieve high ROI.
• Monitor performance analytics and adjust campaigns for continuous improvement.

4. Store & Performance Management

• Maintain and improve product rankings and sales velocity.
• Monitor inventory levels, restock schedules, and supplier lead times to avoid stockouts.
• Ensure compliance with Amazon policies and resolve listing or account issues promptly.

5. Client Relations & Reporting

• Manage client relations, expectations, and communications for our Canadian clients.
• Prepare and present reports and presentations to the client team on performance and strategies.

Who You Are

You’re a creative, analytical go-getter with a passion for e-commerce and a knack for results. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and love turning data into success. Here’s what we’re looking for:

• 2 to 4 years of proven experience in launching, growing and managing Amazon stores (North America focus).
• Strong expertise in Product Research, Product Sourcing, Product Listings Optimization, SEO, A+ Content, PPC & Performance Management.
• Strong knowledge of Amazon business models, selling strategies, and operational processes (A–Z).
• Proficiency in Amazon Seller Central, Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or similar tools.
• Excellent written communication for compelling product copy.
• Past experience managing client relations, expectations, and delivering reports/presentations.
• Proactive mindset with strong oral and written English communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred, not required).
• Eagerness to learn, adapt, and grow in a dynamic team.
