AM/Manager, International Finance

Responsibilities:

Invoice Processing:

• Receive, review, and enter invoices into Workday, ensuring accuracy of vendor data, amounts, and purchase order matching
• Validate invoices through 02- and 03-way matching processes (invoice, purchase order, and receipt)
• Route invoices for timely approvals in Workday according to workflow rules
• Ensure all invoices comply with company policies and tax regulations

Payment Management:

• Schedule and prepare payment run in Workday based on invoice approval status and payment terms
• Manage various payment type including ACH, Wire, and Checks payment
• Reconcile payments to invoices, resolving payment discrepancies or vendor disputes with treasury team

Supplier Management:

• Create Supplier in WD asper SOX compliance
• Coordinate with supplier and the relevant cost center owner requesting them to complete all required documentation asper SOX controls
• Get approval through email for Open New Vendor in WD asper SOX controls

Expense Reimbursement:

• Manage the reimbursement process for employees’ expenses including reviewing expense reports, verifying supporting documentation and ensuring compliance with company policies
• Work with employees to address issues in their expense reports, ensuring prompt and accurate reimbursement

Monthly Monitoring:

• Review AP sub-ledger transactions and ensure all supplier invoices and credit memos are posted correctly
• Monitor for discrepancies between the AP sub-ledger and the general ledger (GL).
• Prepaid Account Certification

Prepare AP Accruals and Adjusting Entries During Month-End Close:

• Create and post AP accrual journal entries for employee reimbursements, and other outstanding liabilities
• Record necessary adjusting entries for invoice corrections, reclassifications, or expense allocations

Requirements:

• Experience: 1-2 year relevant experience
• Qualification: MBA, ACCA
• Timings: Evening Shift (6pm-3am)
• Must have excellent communication, strong analytical & problem solving skills.
• Good Excel Skills
• Should be quick & smart learner
