Key Responsibilities
JOB DESCRIPTION

Utilize various sourcing methods to identify and attract quality candidates

Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management.

Manage the entire recruitment process from job posting to onboarding, interview coordination and offer processing.

Conduct initial candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments to ensure a qualified candidate pool.

Coordinate and communicate effectively with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and priorities.

This role involves both Later and bulk hiring management.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment activities.

Handling multiple roles and deadlines efficiently.

Screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and maintaining accurate records.
Required Skills Set/Qualification

Graduate in any stream.

Good communication skills
-
Well versed with job boards, Naukri.com/LinkedIn etc
-
Positive attitude with good analytical skills
-
Ability to identify and source relevant experience and skills quickly.

Good Excel knowledge is a plus

Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, well versed with Naukri.com and LinkedIn
