Key Responsibilities

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Utilize various sourcing methods to identify and attract quality candidates
  • Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management.
  • Manage the entire recruitment process from job posting to onboarding, interview coordination and offer processing.
  • Conduct initial candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments to ensure a qualified candidate pool.
  • Coordinate and communicate effectively with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and priorities.
  • This role involves both Later and bulk hiring management.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment activities.
  • Handling multiple roles and deadlines efficiently.
  • Screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and maintaining accurate records.

Required Skills Set/Qualification

  • Graduate in any stream.
  • Good communication skills
  • Well versed with job boards, Naukri.com/LinkedIn etc
  • Positive attitude with good analytical skills
  • Ability to identify and source relevant experience and skills quickly.
  • Good Excel knowledge is a plus
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, well versed with Naukri.com and LinkedIn
