Analyst Compensation & Benefits - Arabic Speaker
Responsibilities include:
Payroll Operations
- Provide specialist support in the payroll administration for the Group, streamline processes for efficiency, and ensure timely receipt of monthly pay for all ADX employees as per defined policies.
- Monitor all periodical activities related to the regional pension scheme, including timely registration of pension plans, monthly contributions, cancellations, and updating employee information in alignment with standard protocols and regulatory standards.
- Provide specialist advice on updating and maintaining the Group's organization structures, job descriptions, and job evaluation in line with changing business operations to facilitate timely updating of HC processes.
- Monitor the timely processing of medical insurance claims in line with approved policy guidelines to ensure reimbursement and accurate record keeping for employee benefits tracking and analysis.
- Provide specialist advice on annual salary processes in line with reward management policies and support effective communication across the Group.
- Recommend and monitor HC budget and resource allocation to enable successful workforce planning as per business requirements.
- Provide specialist support with the execution, review, and maintenance of end of employment activities, follow up on employee release and clearance processes to support a seamless transition, and collaborate with Finance in initiating the final settlement calculation and payment.
- Control the yearly bonus and promotion proceedings in accordance with established procedures and guidelines to ensure accuracy and fairness.
- Monitor the timely follow up on due payments with the Finance department to benefit providers, ensuring payments are made within agreed terms and conditions.
- Control the accurate maintenance and updating of employee benefits details in the HRMS to ensure records are kept up to date and all changes to benefits plans are reflected in the system.
- Provide specialist support by acting as a liaison between employees and benefits providers to address problems and ensure appropriate resolutions.
- Analyze all change recommendations to compensation policies, enhancing existing compensation and benefits programs based on trend analysis and global policy direction to maintain eligibility, coverage, and applicability of remuneration framework policies.
- Provide specialist support to the management of employee allowances and benefits such as children's education, delegation allowance, tickets, etc., ensuring accurate and timely disbursement, compliance with company policies, and employee satisfaction.
- Monitor employee internal transfer to ensure smooth transitions, compliance with company policies, and effective communication between departments involved.
Rewards Management
- Provide specialist analytical support to the Manager of Talent Development & Rewards in developing presentations related to ADX reward/benefit strategy to facilitate effective communication of the Group's approach to rewards management.
- Provide advice and recommendations for refining and implementing the total benefit framework and strategic benefit initiatives to attract and retain high-caliber talent across the organization.
- Monitor the updating and maintenance of accurate and comprehensive details of employee benefits in the HRMS to support system accuracy.
- Provide specialist support with effective management of employee allowances and benefits to contribute to timely updating of employee data and accurate processing of payroll information.
- Analyze employee compensation and benefits through market research and benchmarking against competitors to facilitate adoption of competitive reward practices.
Performance Management Process
- Provide specialist support and analytical services to the development, implementation, monitoring, and enhancement of the Employee Performance Management System across the Group, in line with best-fitted global practices relating to compensation and benefits.
- Recommend required adjustments so that the performance management planning cycle is fully integrated and aligned with the strategic compensation and benefits planning cycle.
- Develop and support the implementation of appropriate monitoring mechanisms to assess progress and achievement of scorecard objectives.
- Provide specialist support with timely tracking and monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs) and cascading them into short-, medium- and long term goals within the Performance Scorecard framework to support the achievement of HC operational excellence.
- Design and support the implementation of awareness sessions to enable smooth implementation of the Performance Management System and the successful integration into the Group's reward management framework.
- Provide specialist advice in defining technical details, system specifications, and requirements of performance management to achieve comprehensiveness.
- Monitor the effective implementation of the performance management system in line with HC policies and procedures.
- Offer specialist support and advice to employee awareness and understanding of the Group's rewards programs through effective communication, supporting education and engagement initiatives to enhance informed decision making and employee satisfaction.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, supporting seamless compensation and benefits administration operations.
- Monitor the timely communication of the payroll status and regulatory guidelines to relevant internal stakeholders to support effective administration of related HC processes.
- Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement and sustainability of systems, processes, and practices considering global standards, productivity improvement, and cost reduction.
- Conduct research to collate feedback on internal processes and external market best practices to recommend revisions to prevailing corporate reward management policies and maintain eligibility, coverage, and applicability of remuneration framework policies in line with trends and global best-fitted practices.

- Conduct all activities in a safe and environmentally responsible manner in compliance with internal policies and guidelines.
