Job Summary
The Analyst, Human Resources is a key contributor to the Global HR Function of Harry Winston, Inc., a Swatch Group company active worldwide in over 15 countries. This HR team member is integral in the design, development, and administration of the company’s HRIS, compensation program, onboarding process, and other key projects. This role is extremely data-oriented and requires the manipulation of large amounts of data into meaningful reports. Shaping our evolving HRIS platforms and reporting processes will be a key responsibility for this position. This role reports to the Manager, Human Resources and is based in New York.
Key Duties, Responsibilities and Accountabilities

Complete monthly Headcount/Compensation Reports for submission to Finance. Reports represent snapshots of Full-Time Equivalent headcount and accrued bonus payments at specific points in time.

Administration of HRIS (homegrown web-based HR database), including setting up new hires, deactivating terminated employees, and troubleshooting general problems in conjunction with IT.

Oversee end of year Salary & Bonus Review process (Collection of performance management data from management, administration of CompXL system, distribution of employee compensation communication letters)

Create, track and manage the Global Personnel Request Form process, obtaining approval from local approvers and senior management.

Manage Concur Expense system for employees in North America, including troubleshooting employee issues with Concur Support and updating company policies/rules within the system.

Update organizational charts to reflect current status of North American markets, including open positions, proposed reorganizations. Work with Global HR Partners to gather and update global organizational charts to reflect current status of all markets.

Manage the HW Policy Portal, update and upload policies, conduct routine audits and send out quarterly reports to respective Global HR Partners of all employees with unsigned policies.

Support HR initiatives with presentations and meeting materials when necessary.

Run key HR reports supporting Payroll, Benefits, and Recruiting functions.

Provide ad-hoc reports as needed.

Serve as point of contact for audits when documentation is requested (both internal and external).

Support the HR team with company events and planning.
Job Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.

Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in HR, preferably in HRIS, compensation analysis, including job analysis, salary reporting, and administration of annual Compensation Review.

Expert/Advanced level in Microsoft Excel, especially with V-Lookup and Pivot Tables. Must be able to manipulate large amounts of data from multiple file locations with ease.

Advanced level abilities with Microsoft Word, Visio, and PowerPoint.

ADP experience is preferred.

Strong analytical, organizational, and problem solving skills.

Demonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively in a fast paced environment with tight deadlines.
