About the Role

Total Wine & More is seeking a Data Analyst II to join our Supply Chain Solutions and Analytics team in Bethesda, Maryland. You will support the operational Supply Chain teams in the areas of replenishment, inventory management, transportation, forecasting, and process optimization. Combining your technical skills and business knowledge, you will take on projects and create actionable insights that tap into the power of data through reporting, analytics, and business intelligence. You will work cross-functionally to support decision-making and drive operational improvements through reporting, analytics, and business intelligence. You will report to the Director of Supply Chain Solutions & Analytics.

You will

  • Develop dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to support inventory management, demand forecasting, and cost control.
  • Assess supply chain performance by analyzing KPIs and identifying trends, root causes, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Implement automated tools and reporting solutions that improve operational efficiency and decision-making.
  • Resolve data and process issues by collaborating with cross-functional partners in Merchandising, Finance, Store Operations, and Logistics.

You will come with

  • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Data Science, Business Analytics, Engineering, or related quantitative field preferred or equivalent years of experience
  • Up to 1 year of supply chain operations, data mining, statistical analysis, auditing, and/or forecasting experience preferred
  • Knowledge of SQL and tools such as Power BI and Excel (pivot tables, lookups, macros).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities on defined projects.
  • Experience in retail or consumer goods environments is a plus.
  • Familiarity with supply chain planning systems and interest in continuous improvement.

Pay Range: $62,640.00- $88,005.00 Annually
