Analyst, SRE Application Support, Consumer Banking Group Technology

Business Function: Group Technology and Operations (T&O) enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation. In Group T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channelsResponsibilities* Must have experience in 24/7 production support team (L1, L2) in Banking domain or credit card domainAwareness in Software Development Life Cycle knowledge(SDLC) on Agile methodology* Analyze financial data and market trends to identify opportunities and risks for the bank* Develop and maintain financial models and reports to support decision-making processes* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and interpret data, and provide insights and recommendations* Monitor and resolve production issues based on standard operating procedures (SOPs)* Proactively identify and address potential problems to ensure smooth operationsRequirements* Minimum Bachelor's degree* 2-4 years of experience in application support, batch support, and handling tickets in a banking or financial services environment* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work with large datasets* Proficient in using financial analysis tools and software* Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey insights to stakeholders* Proactive and detail-oriented approach to monitoring and resolving production issues* Candidate should have experience in Linux* Should be good in observability and monitoring.
