Job Purpose
To monitor and investigate suspicious financial transactions and customer activities in order to mitigate money laundering and terrorist financing risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Role

Transaction Review : Review and investigate system-generated alerts to identify potential money laundering or terrorist financing activities

Case Management : Maintain case files and update MIS systems to ensure accurate tracking and documentation of suspicious transactions

Risk Assessment : Apply risk-based methodologies to assess AML risks related to customers and transactions

Trend Analysis : Identify patterns and trends in customer behavior and transaction alerts to support proactive risk management

Compliance Reporting : Report unusual activities to relevant authorities in accordance with regulatory requirements
Experience, Qualifications & Competencies
At least 4 years of experience in Banking in Compliance, Branch or Operations
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce or
Business Administration
