Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Analyst Transactions & Processor to join our OSAR Indexing team. The Document Uploading & Indexing analyst will support the efficient management of loan and property-related documentation within Trimont’s commercial mortgage servicing operations. This entry-level role is responsible for accurately uploading, naming, and indexing documents into internal systems to ensure seamless access, compliance, and data integrity. The position requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a commitment to maintaining high standards in document control. It offers a valuable introduction to commercial mortgage servicing workflows, digital recordkeeping, and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced, professional environment.
