Android Developer – 2–3 Years Experience | Kotlin | Utility Apps | Ads Integration)

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Android Developer with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in building and deploying mobile applications using Kotlin. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in developing utility-based Android apps and implementing ad networks such as Google AdMob, Facebook Audience Network, or other monetization platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and maintain Android applications using Kotlin.
• Build and optimize utility apps (e.g., cleaners, toolkits, scanners, photo tools, etc.).
• Implement and manage ads integration (AdMob / FAN / Unity Ads / etc.) to maximize revenue.
• Work on app performance, bug fixing, and improving application stability.
• Integrate APIs, manage data storage, and create efficient app architectures (MVVM/MVP).
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and backend developers.
• Publish and manage apps on the Google Play Store.
• Ensure compatibility across multiple devices, screen sizes, and Android versions.
• Follow best practices for coding, security, and performance optimization.
• Stay updated with the latest Android trends, libraries, and technologies.

Skills & Qualifications:

• 2–3 years of professional experience in Android app development.
• Strong knowledge of Kotlin, Android SDK, Jetpack Components, and XML layouts.
• Experience with ad integration (AdMob, FAN, Unity, AppLovin, etc.).
• Familiarity with Firebase (Analytics, Crashlytics, FCM).
• Experience with RESTful APIs and third-party libraries (Retrofit, Glide, Room).
• Solid understanding of MVC/MVVM architecture, UI/UX principles, and design patterns.
• Knowledge of debugging tools, performance tuning, and memory management.
• Experience publishing and maintaining apps on the Play Store.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred (Bonus Skills):

• Experience with Jetpack Compose.
• Knowledge of Kotlin Coroutines and Flow.
• Background in A/B testing, monetization strategies, or analytics-driven development.
• Experience with version control (Git).
