If you're an Andrology Laboratory Technician looking for a new opportunity to work in a fast-paced, professional environment where your talent contributes to changing people's lives, then we want to talk to you. This position requires collaborating with physicians, other medical providers, and donors by providing expert care and service for fertility treatment.

We have immediate openings available and are looking to create a team that loves what they do. This is a full-time position with a pay range of $70000-90,000 per year based on experience. Come be part of our team and grow with us.

How You’ll Contribute:

We always do whatever it takes, even if it isn’t specifically our “job.” In general, the Andrology Laboratory Technician is responsible for:

  • Senem analysis
  • Processing semen for IUI and ICI.
  • Cryopreservation of semen
  • Thawing of frozen specimens to evaluate survival.
  • Perform counts for concentration and motility, perform histological techniques for identifying leucocytes, immature germ cells and morphology.
  • Assure proper sample collection, delivery, and identification (chain of custody)
  • Perform daily/monthly quality control procedures for media and equipment used in the Andrology laboratory.
  • Assist laboratory personnel in performing lab services in accordance with Federal, State, and local laws and guidelines to ensure laboratory maintains accreditation.
  • Shipping, receiving and disposition of frozen samples.
  • Ordering and receiving lab supplies.

What You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 3 years minimum experience as a laboratory technologist, 1+ years of specific andrology experience preferred.
  • Ability to access, input, and retrieve information from a computer.
  • Knowledge of office procedures and office machines (i.e. computer, fax, copier, etc.)
  • Ability to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
  • Ability to communicate accurately and concisely.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated expertise in continuous quality improvement, customer service, and team building.
