Compensation: $450,000 annually + 8 weeks PTO (W2)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, No Call, No Nights, No Weekends

Setting: ASC Only

Start Date: ASAP

Position Overview

We are seeking two full-time MDAs to join our growing anesthesia team serving multiple Metro Detroit ambulatory surgery centers (ASCs). This role offers an exceptional work–life balance with a Monday–Friday schedule and no call, no nights, and no weekend responsibilities.

Ideal candidates will be experienced in regional anesthesia, capable of operating both independently and effectively within a care team model. This is a position with competitive compensation.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality anesthesia care in ASC settings across Metro Detroit
• Perform regional anesthesia procedures with confidence and proficiency
• Work autonomously while also collaborating within a care team model
• Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout the perioperative process
• Support efficient case flow and maintain strong communication with surgeons and staff

Qualifications

• Doctor of Medicine (MD or DO) with completion of an accredited anesthesia residency
• Regional anesthesia experience required
• State licensed
• Strong clinical judgment and ability to practice independently
• Excellent interpersonal and team collaboration skills
