Job Title: Animator/ Motion Designer

Location: Culver City, CA- hybrid schedule

Duration: 12 month contract- 40 hours/weekly

Pay Rate: $101.50-$106.50/hour

Our client’s Product & Design team is seeking an Animator/Motion Designer to work on consumer software applications for Platforms. The ideal candidate has a solid foundation in all of the classic principles of animation and is a brilliant problem solver, quick study, self starter, and excellent communicator with a passion for great design and the ability to achieve it.

From brainstorming through implementation, the Animator/Motion Designer will work with members of the Product & Design team, as well as our engineering, marketing, and QA groups. We are looking for a candidate who is ready to and capable of taking software design to the next level. The candidate possesses strong animation, motion design, compositing and 3D skills.

Key Qualifications

• 7+ years experience in animation, motion graphics, compositing and 3D.
• Strong foundation and understanding of all classic animation principles.
• Experience with Animation/Motion design in mobile UI and prototyping.
• Proficiency in After Effects, Maya, Cinema 4D, or other 3D software.
• Proficiency in one of the rendering engines like Octane, Arnold, RedShift.
