A leading national practice is seeking a highly qualified associate to join its Antitrust & Competition team. The group advises clients on high-stakes civil litigation, DOJ and FTC civil conduct investigations, and criminal antitrust enforcement matters. This is an excellent opportunity to work with experienced antitrust practitioners on complex and often industry-shaping matters.
Key Responsibilities

Represent clients in civil antitrust litigation in federal and state courts.

Support responses to DOJ and FTC civil conduct investigations.

Assist with criminal antitrust enforcement matters, including document collection, interviews, and advocacy.

Conduct substantive legal research and draft motions, memoranda, and investigative submissions.

Develop a nuanced understanding of antitrust theories, enforcement trends, and economic analysis.
Who You Are
-
2–6 years of antitrust experience, with strong grounding in substantive antitrust law.

Experience with enforcement agencies or prior DOJ/FTC service is highly advantageous.

Excellent analytical, research, and writing skills with strong academic credentials.

Detail-oriented, organised, and capable of managing competing priorities.

Collaborative team player with sound judgement and strong communication skills.
Compensation
Salary Range:
$235,000 – $390,000 DOE
