Apartment Maintenance Supervisor

️ SCHEDULE:
Monday – Friday, 8:00AM – 5:00PM
On-Call Rotation: 1 Week Every 3 Weeks

This is a hands-on leadership role. You’ll be managing AND working:
✔️ Work orders
✔️ Unit turns
✔️ Snow removal ❄️
✔️ Grounds & curb appeal

2+ years maintenance experience (1+ in multifamily preferred)
Supervisory/lead experience ‍
HVAC hands-on skills or certification preferred ❄️
EPA certification preferred
CPO certification a plus

$27- $30/hr (DOE)
Up to $1,000 Quarterly Bonus
$100 Weekly On-Call Bonus
Annual raise potential (up to 5%)
