Apartment Maintenance Technician

Overview
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role is vital in ensuring maintenance of our community. Duties

• Perform routine and preventive apartment maintenance,
• Troubleshoot electrical, appliances, and hvac issues
• Repairs by making mechanical adjustments, installing new parts or new installation
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and work orders
• Conduct residential painting as needed for facility upkeep or improvement projects.
• Assist in the installation of new equipment and upgrades to existing systems following safety standards.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and environmental regulations during all maintenance activities.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing internal client needs promptly and professionally.

Requirements

• Proven experience in apartment maintenance, including but not limited to pool maintenance, appliances and hvac
• Ability to operate diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters effectively.
• Experience in residential painting or related trades is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills in English to document work accurately and collaborate with team members.
• Mechanical knowledge combined with troubleshooting expertise across electrical and mechanical systems.
• Customer service orientation to ensure resident's needs are met efficiently. This Maintenance Technician role is essential for maintaining operational excellence within our organization while fostering a safe and productive work environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
