About the role:
June Homes is looking for an apartment rental guide in Washington DC to be responsible for showing our homes to prospective residents (tenants) upon request. This position is based in Washington DC. We have a lot of tours in Columbia Heights and Logan Circle so if you reside near either or it's a bonus.
What you’ll do:
- Provide tours of our homes to prospects upon request, using persuasive selling techniques to highlight home features
- Communicate the June Homes brand and lifestyle in content creation (case-by-case)
What we offer:
$50 per home tour completed, Additional activities for extra compensation upon agreement and on case-by-case basis. (i.e. drop flyers, attend off campus housing, video walkthroughs etc.)
