Qualifications

• We are seeking detail-oriented individuals fluent in English, with strong computer skills and a proactive mindset
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, but students currently enrolled in university are welcome to apply
• Comfortable working during the night shift to align with US time zones
• No minimum experience required. 1 year experience preferable.
• Must know how to perform basic computer functions and use software like Microsoft Office (Word, Powerpoint, Excel)
• Must know how to use Chrome
• Familiarity with online job boards including LinkedIn, Indeed, Dice, Glassdoor, and other career platforms
• Excellent written communication skills to coordinate with team leads and provide daily updates
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
• Basic understanding of resumes, cover letters, and online job application processes

Responsibilities

• The ideal candidate will be responsible for applying to jobs on behalf of clients located in the United States using their provided resumes and information
• Use autofill tools, templates, and manual entry to submit applications on a variety of company websites and job boards
• Maintain accurate records of each application submitted, including job title, company, date, and application status
• Track and report the total number of applications submitted per day to the team manager
• Manage and update client accounts on LinkedIn, Dice, Indeed, and other online profiles
• Mass apply to roles matching predefined criteria shared by the manager or client
• Communicate any issues or errors encountered during the application process promptly
• Ensure all confidential information is handled securely and respectfully
• Follow detailed instructions to customize cover letters or responses if needed
• Collaborate remotely with the team to optimize processes and improve efficiency

Compensation and Location

• $100 USD per month (fixed)
• Onsite job
• Candidates must be based in Islamabad or nearby areas
• Gaming zone and free amenities available on site!

Shift Details

• Night shift: aligned to US working hours
• 5 days (with option for overtime)
