Requirements

Key Responsibilities

Application Development

• Design, develop, and maintain applications using ASP.NET Web Forms, ASP.NET MVC, and ASP.NET Core.
• Build high-quality C# code following SOLID principles and industry best practices.
• Develop SQL queries, stored procedures, and database structures to support application features.
• Implement responsive front-end interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
  
  

SharePoint Development

• Develop and customize SharePoint sites, workflows, lists, libraries, and web parts.
• Build custom SharePoint solutions using C#, ASP.NET, and SharePoint Framework (SPFx).
• Maintain and enhance existing SharePoint applications and integrations.
  
  

System Design & Architecture

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system requirements and architecture.
• Participate in system integration planning, testing, and deployment.
• Apply software design patterns, clean coding, and best testing practices.
  
  

Process & Delivery Excellence

• Work in an Agile/SCRUM environment and contribute to sprint planning and delivery.
• Follow ITIL standards for incident, problem, and change management.
• Document technical designs, workflows, and support procedures.
  
  

Qualifications & Certifications

• SCRUM Developer Certification - Preferred/Required based on role level
• MCTS (Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist) - Required
• Expert ITIL Certification - Strongly preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
  
  

Technical Skills

• Strong experience with C#, ASP.NET Web Forms, ASP.NET MVC, ASP.NET Core
• Hands-on experience with SQL Server (queries, stored procedures, optimization)
• Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• Experience in SharePoint development (on-prem or online)
• Understanding of OOP, design patterns, and layered architecture
• Experience integrating APIs, web services (REST/SOAP), and authentication mechanisms
