Job Overview

We are seeking a technically strong Application Engineer with hands-on experience in industrial lubricants, specialty oils, greases, and equipment lubrication systems. The role involves technical support, product application guidance, troubleshooting, and customer training at industrial sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide on-site technical support for industrial lubricants, oils, greases & filtration systems
• Conduct product installation, application trials & performance demonstrations
• Analyze lubrication requirements of machinery & recommend suitable products
• Work closely with clients’ maintenance & operations teams for solution implementation
• Conduct lubrication audits, root-cause analysis & performance improvement reports
• Support pre-sales & post-sales technical discussions
• Resolve application issues and coordinate with technical/quality teams
• Prepare technical presentations, reports & product usage documentation
• Train customer personnel on product handling, usage & best maintenance practices
• Ensure adherence to safety, compliance & lubrication standards at customer sites

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of lubricants, greases, hydraulic oils, industrial fluids & filtration systems
• Practical understanding of industrial machinery (bearings, hydraulics, gearboxes, rotating equipment)
• Ability to diagnose lubrication issues, contamination, wear & performance failures
• Excellent communication & client-interaction skills
• Analytical mindset & problem-solving ability
• Basic understanding of tribology & lubrication standards (advantage)

Qualifications

• BE / Diploma in Mechanical / Chemical / Industrial Engineering
• Certification in lubrication/tribology will be an added benefit

Work Structure
