Summary: We are looking for a Backend Technical Lead with strong expertise in AWS (CDK, Amplify), Node.js, and TypeScript to lead backend development activities in McD CNO project. The role requires managing the development team, ensuring timely sprint delivery, collaborating with architects, and supporting QA and operations teams in issue resolution. Roles & Responsibilities: - • Lead backend development using AWS CDK, AWS Amplify, Node.js, and TypeScript. • Manage the development team and drive sprint deliverables to closure within defined timelines. • Participate in design discussions with the Architecture team and provide technical direction. • Implement review processes, conduct code reviews, and provide feedback. • Collaborate with QA team to resolve defects in a timely manner. • Support Operations team in production issue resolution and escalation management. • Ensure adherence to coding standards, development best practices, and quality benchmarks. Expected Outcomes: - • Timely sprint closure with high-quality deliverables. • Improved team efficiency through structured reviews and feedback. • Reduced production defects through proactive QA and operations support. • Alignment of backend development with overall architectural design.
