In that team;

• Web Service (SOAP/RESTful) development experience is preferable
• Experience in Unix platforms and scripting is preferable
• Determining service-related control, monitoring and maintenance requirements to meet Resilience requirements in and ensuring the necessary infrastructure is implemented within the development lifecycle of projects
• Creating service-related functional, operational and topological high level documents and keeping them up to date
• Ensuring the design of the system according to the estimated usage intensity of the application, making the necessary directions for the correct capacity planning
• Designing the appropriate infrastructure and ensuring the capacity planning in order to meet service requirements
• Determining the needs according to the performance and user experiences of services and collaborating the related teams in order to address the solution
• Performing problem management activities by collaborating solution partners and ensuring crisis table is set up when necessary
• Coordinating L1-L2 support teams and Infrastructure and Delivery lines in order to resolve customer complaints, making root cause analysis, necessary guidance, follow-up and reporting
• Making efficient log modeling and events correlations, setting up alarm mechanisms in order to capture unplanned service interruptions effectively
• Performing the performance tuning adjustments required for the services operate at expected level
• Extracting the data structure used by the system or application and accessing data when necessary in order to perform the required operational processes.

How do we describe the perfect match?

• BS or MS in Computer Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering or related engineering departments
• At least 2 years experience in software development
• Experience in batch and online software development in mainframe environment using CoolGen, DB2, Cobol, PL1, CICS, JCL
• Strong debugging skills and the proven ability to quickly understand other developers' code
• Knowledgeable in Java technologies (Java, Spring Framework, Spring Boot, Spring Batch)
• Having knowledge and experience in monitoring systems
• Experience in software development lifecycle methodologies or systems management
• Application architectural design experience preferred
• Highly skilled in analytical thinking and problem solving, having creative and solution oriented perspective
• Adaptive to intensive work pace effectively with strong time management skills
• Strong teamwork capabilities
• Outstanding communication and coordination skills
