Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced IT Applications Specialist with strong hands-on expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC/NAV) and HubSpot CRM. The ideal candidate will support ERP/CRM operations, develop BI reports, manage SQL data workflows, coordinate with IT service providers, and lead cyber security & user enablement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage, configure & support Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
• Administer & optimize HubSpot CRM, workflows & integrations
• Build dashboards & reports using Power BI, SQL & Advanced Excel
• Coordinate with external IT AMC provider for IT operations
• Conduct user training and support cyber security best practices
• Troubleshoot ERP/CRM issues and improve application processes

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (mandatory)
• Experience in HubSpot CRM administration
• Strong SQL skills (queries, reports, data extraction)
• Advanced proficiency in Power BI & Excel (Macros, Power Query)
• Strong communication & training capability
• Knowledge of IT systems & cyber security fundamentals

Preferred

• Experience with Power Automate, SharePoint, Cloud tools
• Certifications in Business Central, SQL, Power BI, HubSpot
