- Providing training to new employees and business partners on platform structure, community operations and application usage,
- Designing, planning and executing online and face-to-face training programs in accordance with company training strategies,
- Creating comprehensive training contents such as presentations, documents, practical explanations and case studies,
- Analyze participants’ learning processes, monitor performances and prepare development reports,
- To improve the quality of learning outcomes by evaluating the data obtained from training programs,
- To provide active support to the talent development processes of the Training and Development Center and to identify potential leaders,
- Implementing and developing corporate training standards in coordination with Headquarters mentors,
- To effectively manage questions received during the training process and to accurately convey work culture and company values.
- Having high expression, presentation and communication skills,
- Enjoys teaching, interacting with the community, and narrating,
- Mastering the learning-teaching processes and being strong in developing educational content,
- High sense of responsibility, solution-oriented and able to manage training programs,
- Willing to learn platform mechanism, workflows and community operation logic,
- Preferably with experience in training, consultancy, sales, marketing or operations,
- Minimum of an associate degree (flexibility may be provided for experienced candidates),
- Able to use digital applications such as WhatsApp, Zoom etc.
