Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented Appointment Scheduling Specialist to connect with leads, manage calendars, and schedule meetings for our US-based sales team.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to schedule appointments with potential clients.
• Coordinate meetings between leads and digital marketing consultants.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
• Meet daily and weekly appointment targets.

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, or a US process.
• Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written).
• Comfortable working the night shift (8 PM – 5 AM ).
• Basic computer and CRM proficiency.
