Timings: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM (Monday to Friday) Job Type: Full-time

The client manages multiple international brands across Amazon, Walmart, and eBay, leveraging data insights, technology, and performance optimization to achieve sustainable business growth in global markets.

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and confident Appointment Setter to join our team. In this role, you will contact potential clients — provided by the Lead Generation Team — through calls, emails, and digital platforms to introduce our services, qualify their interest, and schedule meetings or demos with the sales team. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth communication between prospects and the business development team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contact potential clients shared by the Lead Generation Team via calls, emails, and online platforms.
  • Introduce and clearly communicate the company’s eCommerce management and digital marketing services.
  • Qualify prospects by understanding their needs and determining their level of interest.
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, or demos for the sales or business development team.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all communications and appointments in the CRM system.
  • Follow up with potential clients to confirm scheduled meetings and ensure attendance.
  • Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to improve outreach strategies and maximize conversion rates.

Requirements

  • Up to 1 year of experience in appointment setting, customer communication, or tele sales (preferably in eCommerce or digital marketing).
  • Excellent English communication skills — both verbal and written.
  • Confident and professional phone manner with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and online communication platforms is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not mandatory.
  • Comfortable working in evening and night shifts to align with international clients.
