Job Summary:
Alliance Group is seeking full-time Controls Technician Apprentice based in West Lebanon, NH to join our growing Controls team.
The Controls Technician Apprentice will be field-based and responsible for assisting with installation, maintenance, and troubleshoot low-voltage electrical systems. This person must demonstrate excellent communication skills, as well as an aptitude for problem solving, time management, customer service, and be a team player. We are willing to train the right person!!!

Safely perform low-voltage electrical installation and maintenance routines with a senior technician
- Review blueprints, building codes, or specifications to determine work details or procedures
- Assemble and install building automation equipment, fixtures, using a variety of industry recognized methods with the use of hand or power tools
- Mount and terminate devices, run conduit, and pull wire on a wide variety of systems
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems
- Wear and maintain all required safety equipment (PPE) at all times
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures
- Maintain records, including apprenticeship logbooks
- Determine the right tools and equipment necessary to successfully complete a job
- Clean the job site after the work is completed

Experience in the electrical field and construction is desired but not required
- Must be an energetic and enthusiastic collaborative team player
- Must be able to follow directions from a senior technician
- Knowledge of Build-Ops platform desired
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- High level of reliability, follow-through, discretion, and integrity
- Must possess proactive, positive problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills both written and oral
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs on a daily basis
- U.S. citizenship or a current, valid U.S. work permit is mandatory
- Applicants must have a valid, unrestricted driver's license.
- A background verification and motor vehicle check will be required.
- A pre-employment post-offer Human Performance Examination is required for this position.
