What You’ll Be Doing

• Work alongside and under the direction of licensed Master plumbers and licensed Journeyman plumbers to learn all aspects of residential and light commercial service plumbing

• Assist with leak detection, drain issues, fixture repairs, water heater troubleshooting, and installation support

• Help with physically intensive tasks including trenching, digging, carrying materials, and equipment setup

• Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean workspace

• Provide excellent customer service while representing the company’s standards and values

• Follow safety procedures and take direction from senior technicians and leadership

What We’re Looking For

• A highly motivated individual ready to commit to a plumbing career

• Prior trade or construction experience helpful but not required

• Willingness to learn, work hard, and take feedback

• Ability to perform physically demanding work (lifting, digging, crawlspaces, attics)

• Strong team player with a positive attitude

• Self-motivated and dependable—shows up on time every day

• Clean driving record and ability to park a commercial vehicle at home

• Basic knowledge of hand and power tools

• Strong customer service skills

• Willingness to invest in required apprentice-level tools

• Pay based on current knowledge, experience, and mechanical aptitude

Schedule

• 8-, 10-, or 12-hour shifts

• Monday–Friday

• Overtime available

• On-call rotation

• Weekend availability as needed
