Hiring: AR Caller – Hospital Billing /// Physician Billing -- Hyderabad

Location: Hyderabad
Work Mode: Work From Office
Shift: US Shift (Night)
Experience: 1–5 Years (AR Calling – Hospital Billing)
Salary: Up to ₹40,000 (Based on experience)
Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle Hospital Billing follow-ups with insurance companies
• Resolve denials, underpayments, and billing issues
• Review patient accounts, claim status, and documentation
• Ensure timely follow-up on pending claims
• Meet daily/weekly productivity and quality targets
• Update account notes accurately in the billing system

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year experience in US Healthcare – AR Calling (Hospital Billing)
• Strong communication & analytical skills
• Knowledge of RCM workflow, denials, and billing guidelines
• Should be comfortable with night shifts
