AR Executive

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive AR Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the accounts receivable process, following up with insurance companies and clients, and ensuring timely collection and posting of payments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and follow up on unpaid claims with insurance companies.
• Post payments and adjustments accurately in the billing software.
• Handle denials and rejections by identifying the root cause and taking corrective action.
• Maintain accurate records of all communications and transactions.
• Work closely with the billing and payment posting teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Meet daily and monthly collection targets.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Medical Billing / AR Follow-up preferred.
• Excellent English communication and analytical skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
