Property Gulf (PGI Real Estate Brokerage L.L.C.), a leading real estate brokerage in Dubai, is seeking an experienced and ambitious Male Sales Representative who is fluent in Arabic and English. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate sales, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to closing deals. This role requires a motivated professional who can build relationships, identify opportunities, and drive sales in Dubai’s competitive real estate market.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and connect with potential buyers, sellers, and investors in the Dubai real estate market.
• Conduct property tours, viewings, and presentations for clients.
• Provide expert consultation on property investments, sales, and rental opportunities.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships to generate repeat business and referrals.
• Negotiate and close deals while ensuring a smooth transaction process.
• Work closely with the marketing team to convert high-quality leads into successful sales.
• Stay up to date on market trends, competitor activities, and real estate laws in Dubai.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements

• Fluent in Arabic and English (Mandatory) – Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in real estate sales in Dubai.
• Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple clients, and meet targets.
• Strong knowledge of Dubai’s real estate market, developers, and legal regulations.
