We are a leading wellness and beauty center, committed to providing exceptional services to our clients. We are looking for a motivated and professional Client Coordinator & Sales representative to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage client interactions via phone, email, and in-person professionally.
- Handle client appointments, inquiries, and follow-ups efficiently.
- Answer to all inquires of the clients, calls follow up
- work closely with Therapists, Drs and nurses to arrange Appointments
- Make sure all areas are clean, net and ready for any treatment
- handle VIP clients and treat them specially with our existing clients
- Highlight all the points to the mangement
- Track all the complaints and solve it accordignly
- Promote and sell clinic and services to clients.
- Maintain and update client records in the system.
- Ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction.
- Support sales initiatives and help achieve monthly targets.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a medical clinic, wellness center, or Cosmetic center (hospital experience is not applicable).
- Proven experience in sales and client relationship management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional phone etiquette and client handling skills.
- Ability to follow up with clients and maintain long-term relationships.
- Goal-oriented with a proactive approach to sales and service.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of wellness and medica; industry services.
- Ability to handle multiple clients and tasks efficiently.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
