About the Role:
We are hiring Arabic-speaking Customer Service Representatives to handle inbound and outbound customer queries. The ideal candidate will communicate professionally with customers, resolve issues, and provide accurate information while maintaining service quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer calls in Arabic (inbound/outbound).
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, or inquiries.
  • Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex cases when needed.
  • Maintain call records and update CRM systems.
  • Follow company policies and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Meet daily/weekly performance KPIs (attendance, quality, call handling).

Requirements:

  • Fluent in Arabic (speaking & understanding) – mandatory.
  • Good English or Urdu communication is a plus.
  • Minimum Intermediate/Bachelor’s degree.
  • Previous call center/customer service experience will be an advantage.
  • Strong listening, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and in shifts.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs45,000.00 per month
