Role Overview
The Arabic-Speaking Sales Manager – Delegate Sales will be responsible for driving delegate registrations, managing high-value client relationships, and leading sales initiatives across the Middle East market. This role requires a motivated, target-driven individual with excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in conference delegate sales, business development, and managing a sales pipeline effectively.
Key Responsibilities Sales & Revenue Generation
- Achieve monthly and quarterly delegate sales targets for assigned conferences and events.
- Conduct outbound sales calls, emails, and virtual meetings to drive delegate registrations.
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline across the MENA region.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategic plans to maximize delegate revenue.
- Negotiate pricing and close sales with corporate clients, government bodies, and senior executives.
Market Engagement & Client Relations
- Engage with C-level executives, decision-makers, and industry professionals to promote event participation.
- Maintain long-term relationships with key clients and ensure high repeat attendance.
- Provide exceptional customer service and post-sale follow-up.
Team Management & Collaboration
- Lead and mentor the delegate sales team to achieve collective targets.
- Provide training, performance feedback, and motivation to junior team members.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Production, and Operations teams to align sales strategies with event goals.
Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports, forecasting, and performance analysis.
- Track KPIs and ensure accurate CRM updates.
- Present sales progress and strategy updates to senior management.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Fluent in Arabic and English (verbal and written).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in delegate sales, conference sales, or B2B sales.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Proficient in CRM tools, MS Office, and digital communication platforms.
