ArchiCAD Production Team Member; Drafter/Designer

Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative ArchiCAD Production Team Member; Drafter/Designer to join our architectural and engineering design team. This role involves developing precise technical drawings and models to support construction and design projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong drafting skills, proficiency with CAD software, and a passion for architectural and mechanical design. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to innovative projects in a collaborative environment, utilizing a variety of industry-standard tools and software.

Responsibilities & Experience:

• Support the architects and design teams by utilizing Archicad software to create detailed 3D models and drawings; Intermediate to Advanced in ArchiCAD skills required
• Coordination of architectural drawings with consultants and project teams
• Excellent attention to detail, strong communication and organizational skills; with the ability to maintain BIM and office drafting standards
• Construction observation/admin. skills and background a plus
• Experience in an architectural office or design-build setting preferred

Preference will be given to local MT candidates who can collaborate in-office or on-site as needed. Hybrid/flexible work schedule will be considered for the right candidate.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week
