Architect

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Architectural Engineer to manage and coordinate the technical aspects of building design and construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in architectural engineering, with expertise in structural systems, building services integration, and project management. This role requires close collaboration with architects, consultants, and contractors to ensure that all designs meet functional, aesthetic, and regulatory requirements while maintaining project efficiency and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Integrate structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems within the architectural design framework.
• Review and validate architectural and engineering drawings, technical specifications, and construction documents for accuracy and compliance.
• Ensure all designs adhere to building codes, zoning laws, fire safety regulations, and relevant national and local standards.
• Oversee and coordinate design and construction phases, including cost control, scheduling, and communication with clients and contractors.
• Conduct site inspections to verify compliance with approved designs, technical standards, and quality requirements.
• Utilize AutoCAD, Revit, and other engineering software for design coordination and analysis.
• Identify and resolve technical issues during design and construction through engineering solutions.
• Support and mentor junior engineers, fostering professional growth and technical excellence within the team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in architectural engineering or equivalent.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification preferred.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in architectural engineering or related fields.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant design and analysis software.
• In-depth knowledge of building codes, engineering standards, and construction practices.
• Proven ability to manage projects from concept through completion.
• Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Highly detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
