Architect

• Develop architectural concepts, designs, and detailed drawings using CAD/Revit and other design tools.
• Prepare presentation drawings, 3D renderings, and models for client approval.
• Coordinate with engineers, interior designers, and other consultants to ensure design integrity.
• Review and approve construction documents, shop drawings, and material submissions.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure adherence to design specifications.
• Ensure all designs comply with local regulations, safety standards, and sustainability guidelines.
• Collaborate with clients to understand project goals, budgets, and timelines.
• Assist in project scheduling, budgeting, and preparation of tender documents.

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
