Full Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of architectural projects from initial concept to final completion—including design, documentation, approvals, and construction coordination.
- Create and present design proposals and visual representations to clients.
- Collaborate closely with consultants, contractors, and other team members to uphold the integrity of the design.
- Review and validate drawings, technical documents, and construction specifications.
- Ensure all designs comply with applicable codes, regulations, and project requirements.
- Manage timelines, project budgets, and team resources effectively.
- Visit construction sites to track progress and address any design or technical challenges.
- Guide and support junior team members and drafting staff with technical and design input.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch); professional licensure is a plus.
- Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in architecture, including project coordination.
- Skilled in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and related design tools.
- Solid understanding of local regulations, building codes, and approval procedures.
- Strong communication and presentation abilities; comfortable interacting with clients and stakeholders.
- Capable of managing multiple ongoing projects and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
